Reflection On Dance
I think that the dance went well. Everybody was having fun either watching or dancing. Even my older brother admitted that our exhibition was better than his. The food was great. My baby brother who rarely eats loved the food even though he barely ate any. The songs were good and the people on the stage were having fun. It didn't seem like exhibition. There was one major flaw. At the end, nobody really went to their shift. They just danced on the stage. Even the shy kids danced. My sister was dieing to make a hat but she thought that she couldn't because nobody was there at the station. Overall, I think that the dance went well. We got a lot of book donations. Many people still snuck in without permission slip or book. They"said" that they were going to bring it in on Monday. Many extended day kids still snuck in also even though they were not in fifth grade. I also saw many non-fifth grade extended day kids dancing outside of the cafeteria. My mom who really doesn't listen to music had a good time. My mom also found out that my mom is an old friend of Phillips. My brother, mother and sister liked the Michael Jackson dance. It was too bad that I had to go to Brownsville at 5:45. I got there at 1:30 in the morning. I was just glad that my parents let me go because I was supposed to go at 3:30 and get there at 9:00. I was glad that my parents were flexible. Again, overall, the dance was amazing. My fifth grade friends also liked it even they didn't dance.
